What Downing Ventures invests in…
They invest in tech-enabled brands, online marketplaces, fintech, insurtech and ledger tech. They seek to invest from £250k to £5m per company, investing in both seed-stage deals and Series A deals, and then look to continue to support those companies through phases of subsequent growth. Fundamentally, they aim to be supportive and helpful investors.

Will Orde is a Venture Capital investor with Downing Ventures, looking to back excellent entrepreneurs based in the UK and with the potential to build world class businesses. Will joined Downing in September 2019 as a Principal in their Ventures team. He focuses on backing early-stage companies building tech-enabled brands, online marketplaces and fintech businesses.
