Application for EIS and SEIS

Make an application to HMRC for EIS and SEIS for your new investors

After the round has closed, you need to make an application to HMRC for the EIS and/or SEIS tax relief for each new investor (the applications are known as SEIS1 and EIS1).

Once approved, HMRC will issue individual SEIS or EIS certificates (known as SEIS3 and EIS3) which your shareholders can use to claim their tax relief from HMRC.

This is different to issuing share certificates and needs to be done in addition to obtaining an advance assurance.

Our costs

Our prices for under 10 shareholders start at £225 plus VAT.
